All shipping rates are calculated at the time of your purchase. The following 3 shipping methods are available:
- UPS Ground - 8-12 business day delivery time
- UPS 2nd Day Air - 2-4 business day delivery time
- UPS Next Day Air - 1-3 business day delivery time

- All information collected during the normal process or receiving an order is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling that order. We do not share or sell any customer information to 3rd parties.

No return for refunds are accepted. 7 day exchange policy on all synthetic items.
No refund or exchange allowed on any human hair items. No exceptions.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges when requesting an exchange. A restocking fee may be applied to any exchange not to exceed 15% of product purchase price. Exchanges are processed in the form of a store credit which will be email to you upon receipt and inspection of your exchanged merchandise, you may redeem this credit within 60 days of issue date to order your new item. Exchanged item shipping fees are non-refundable. Damaged items or items not in their original condition are subject to a 40% destruction/damage/loss fee.
